Genially

● Present a plan which shows clearly the staging of the activities that the students used to prepare the project.
1. Choose topic: how much/how many/there is/there are

2. Establish groups: 3 students in each group.

3. Choose a modality: presentation

4. Choose the topic for the presentation. In this case, Disney.

5. Prepare the presentation in the notebook.

6. Teachers help the students if they need to.

7. Create the presentation using ICT.

Comment on how decisions were taken as to the grouping of students and timings of the project.

To create the groups, the teacher (me) took the decision because they always want to be with their friends and I was looking for each group to be composed of a student with a facility for English, another with difficulties and another who can use the computers more or less correctly. That is, that the groups were balanced.

The timing to the project was 3 sessions to create the presentation and 2 more sessions to do the presentation in class to their classmates.

A sample of any additional materials you used.

The students used their notebooks to make the questions and the answers before creating the presentation. And in the presentation they used small cards to guide their exposition.

Lastly, do not forget to reflect on how the use of the tool has optimised your students’ learning experience and has helped you achieve the objectives. Would you change anything?

They have answered the questions of the different presentations as if it were a competition. They have practiced the questions and the answer structures without thinking they are learning and using English.

  1. Hello Estefanía,
I have chosen your blog for an activity in the sense I like the way you present your content. When you enter it gives you a feeling of clarity. Maybe, I would add more photos at the posts to clarify the covers.
    Congrats for your resources.

    Regards

  2. Hello Estefanía,
I have seen your blog and I really like it. Your genially is very good and you gave me an idea for the unit 3 I have now with my students. I think I will do something similar to it.
That grammar seems to be very easy, but students sometimes don´t understand it well. So, I think with this visual app it could be easier and more motivated for them.
    thanks.
